1. What age range do you provide child care for?
We offer full-time schooling for children from 3 months to Grade 1. For families needing extra support, our Aftercare programme runs from Grade R to Grade 7, with safe transport included.
2. What qualifications do your caregivers have?
Our dedicated staff are trained educators and caregivers with experience in early childhood development, CAPS curriculum teaching, and child safety. Every team member shares our Christian values of care, respect, and service
3. Do you offer part-time or full-time care options?
Florauna Campus provides full-time care for babies, toddlers, and Grade R–1 learners. Aftercare (Grade R–7) can be tailored to your family’s schedule with flexible pick-up and transport options.
4. How do you ensure the safety of my child?
The safety of your child is our top priority. Our facilities are secure, with monitored entrances and exits. All caregivers are thoroughly vetted, including background checks and child abuse screenings. We also follow strict safety protocols to ensure a secure environment both indoors and outdoors.
5. How does Florauna Campus Aftercare work?
Our Aftercare runs daily from school dismissal until evening, offering safe transport, healthy meals, supervised homework time and structured play. It’s a stress-free solution for busy families.
6. What kind of extracurriculars do you offer for children?
Children enjoy activities like coding, robotics, chess, sports, creative arts and music, helping them explore talents and develop future-ready skills in a joyful, balanced way
7. How do you communicate with parents about their child's day?
We believe in open communication. Parents receive updates through WhatsApp groups, and one-on-one chats, ensuring you stay informed about your child’s progress and well-being
8. Are meals and snacks provided?
Yes. We provide nutritious, balanced meals and snacks daily. Our meal plan supports healthy growth and fuels children for play, learning, and afternoon activities.

Absolutely! We welcome parents to book a tour of Florauna Campus, meet our teachers and experience our safe, joyful learning environment first-hand.
